Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one online tutoring sessions via our state-of-the-art learning platform.
- Develop and customize lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies to ensure comprehension.
- Utilize various educational technologies (LMS) and virtual whiteboards to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain open lines of communication with students and parents/guardians regarding progress and feedback.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent teaching experience.
- Strong proficiency in the specific subject matter (Math, Science, English, etc.) with a desire to teach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
