Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or our proprietary platform.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique learning styles and needs of diverse students.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that reinforce core concepts and encourage critical thinking.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to students and parents to track academic progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and session notes.
- Collaborate with other tutors and educational specialists to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required; advanced degrees or teaching certifications are a plus.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
