Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions for students in K-12 and college-level subjects.
- Develop customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to each student's unique learning style and pace.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Utilize various digital platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver instruction effectively.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and distraction-free virtual classroom environment.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students of varying ages.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace in Tucson, AZ.
