Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum refinement
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- Teaching certification or equivalent tutoring experience (preferred)
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital teaching tools
- Patience and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Background check clearance
