Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Utilize digital tools (Zoom, interactive whiteboards, LMS platforms) for dynamic instruction
- Provide detailed progress reports and actionable feedback to parents/students
- Collaborate with academic team to refine teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom technology and digital assessment tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Indiana teaching certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Background check clearance and reliable home internet setup
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions (Eastern Time)
