Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Indiana state standards and student learning goals
- Track student progress using our proprietary analytics dashboard and provide detailed feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student milestones and improvement areas
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and implement intervention strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate session records and contribute to curriculum refinement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Indiana teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Minimum 2 years of classroom or virtual tutoring experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, English, or Social Studies
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Background clearance and child safety certification
