Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 3+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proven expertise in K-12 curriculum and standardized test preparation
- Exceptional digital literacy with video conferencing and educational software
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Florida teaching certification (or eligible for certification)
- Background check clearance and reliable home office setup
