Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards and individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize digital tools and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session logs and student documentation in our tutoring management system

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of professional teaching or tutoring experience
- Valid teaching certification for Florida (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
