Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Florida state standards and student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through our LMS platform and provide detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Utilize interactive digital tools and multimedia resources to enhance virtual learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- FL teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- Minimum 2 years of virtual or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in digital tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
