Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions across core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives and school curricula
- Monitor student progress through our analytics dashboard and adjust teaching strategies dynamically
- Communicate effectively with parents and academic advisors regarding student development
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, multimedia resources) to enhance learning
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports for quarterly reviews
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to refine pedagogical techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or subject-specific field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience with demonstrated student achievement
