Responsibilities
- Conduct Engaging Sessions: Deliver high-quality, interactive one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via our secure, user-friendly online learning platform.
- Curriculum Development: Create customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to each student's unique learning style and academic goals.
- Student Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous growth.
- Virtual Classroom Management: Maintain a professional, encouraging, and distraction-free virtual environment to maximize student focus and retention.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for students and parents, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications
