Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Design and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and pace.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and distraction-free virtual learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and students to discuss goals and performance updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional computer/laptop.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during evening or weekend hours.
