Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary digital classroom platform.
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that cater to individual student learning styles, abilities, and goals.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student sessions, attendance, and performance within the learning management system.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to address questions and provide academic guidance.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to refine teaching strategies and curriculum materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in the subject matter you wish to tutor.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students (K-12 or Higher Education).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace dedicated solely to tutoring.
