Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, one-on-one online tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Utilize the learning management system (LMS) to track student progress and attendance.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans based on curriculum standards and student performance data.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain clear communication with parents/guardians.
- Facilitate virtual breakout rooms for group discussions and collaborative learning.
- Maintain a professional online presence and adhere to company code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Current or previous teaching certification (preferred but not always required for specialized roles).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong command of the English language and exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as per student demand.
- US-based residency and valid US work authorization.
