Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 or small group virtual tutoring sessions for K-12 and college students in the Dallas area.
- Develop customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and regular feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance metrics within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Communicate effectively with parents and school administrators to ensure a holistic approach to the student's education.
- Stay updated on curriculum standards and tutoring best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, the subject matter you wish to tutor, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly desired, though exceptional recent graduates may be considered.
- Strong command of English (and subject-specific terminology) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and online learning platforms.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work remotely.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
