Responsibilities
- Conduct One-on-One and Group Sessions: Deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to each student's learning style and pace using our state-of-the-art learning management system.
- Curriculum Development: Prepare lesson plans, study guides, and supplementary materials aligned with state standards and student needs.
- Student Progress Monitoring: Track student performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to parents and students.
- Virtual Classroom Management: Maintain a professional and positive virtual environment, managing student behavior and engagement effectively.
- Communication: Actively communicate with students and parents regarding upcoming sessions, grades, and academic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the subject matter you wish to tutor (or a related field).
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students in a virtual or traditional setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a high-speed internet connection and be comfortable using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and learning management systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle).
