Responsibilities
- Conduct One-on-One Sessions: Deliver personalized instruction via video conferencing platforms to students of all ages and grade levels.
- Curriculum Alignment: Align tutoring sessions with school curriculums and specific student learning goals.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Resource Development: Create and utilize supplementary study materials and digital resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with students and families to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Navigate various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online tools effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area (or currently enrolled in a degree program).

- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge in at least one subject area (e.g., Math, English, Science, History).
