Responsibilities
- Conduct One-on-One Sessions: Deliver engaging, personalized virtual tutoring sessions to students in K-12 and college levels.
- Curriculum Development: Create customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to meet individual student needs and learning goals.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to track academic improvement.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with students and parents to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize our proprietary online learning platform and video conferencing tools to facilitate seamless instruction.
- Behavioral Guidance: Foster a motivating, encouraging, and disciplined virtual classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with basic computer operations and comfortable using online collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Reliability: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Schedule: Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
