Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans using our proprietary digital learning tools.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians via our communication portal.
- Maintain a professional and encouraging online environment that fosters student engagement.
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching methodologies and course materials.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams within specified turnaround times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the subject matter you wish to teach.
- Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is preferred but not always required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and complete our onboarding training.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate diverse student schedules.
