Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions via our secure online learning platform.
- Create and adapt lesson plans that cater to individual student learning styles and paces.
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback on assignments and exams.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and session outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss student development.
- Prepare students for standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, or Regents.
- Stay updated with educational best practices and curriculum changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject matter (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is preferred but not required for new graduates.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, encouraging teaching style.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
