Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Design and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and concept mastery in specific subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.).
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents/guardians regarding session outcomes and student development.
- Maintain a professional and encouraging online presence during all tutoring sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong command of the subject matter and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must reside in the United States and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
