As a Remote Online Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction that engages students and fosters a love for learning. We are looking for individuals who are patient, knowledgeable, and committed to student success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Develop engaging, interactive lesson plans and learning materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Utilize video conferencing tools and digital whiteboards to facilitate effective remote instruction.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse academic abilities and requirements.
- Maintain punctual attendance and professionalism during all scheduled sessions.
- Communicate effectively with the support team regarding student challenges and success stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Previous experience in K-12 or higher education tutoring is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
