Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.
- Develop customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to individual student needs and curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to foster growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with parents and academic advisors to ensure comprehensive student support.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and paces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the subject area or a related field is required.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, Canvas) and online tools.
