Responsibilities
- Conduct Virtual Sessions: Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions via Zoom or Google Classroom.
- Curriculum Development: Create tailored lesson plans and study guides that align with student goals and academic standards.
- Student Support: Guide students through homework, exam prep, and complex subject matter with patience and clarity.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communication: Maintain professional communication with students and parents regarding schedules and academic progress.
- Platform Proficiency: Utilize our Learning Management System (LMS) to upload resources and track attendance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area or equivalent teaching experience.
- Experience: Proven track record as a tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams) and online learning platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
