Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions for students in K-12 and adult education.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's specific learning needs and goals.
- Utilize various educational software and digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) to facilitate effective learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and upcoming milestones.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace, ensuring a distraction-free environment during sessions.
- Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and ensure curriculum standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the specific subject area being tutored, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and communication skills.
