Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions tailored to the specific needs and learning style of each student.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, study guides, and practice exercises aligned with state curriculum standards.
- Utilize digital learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Canvas) to facilitate interactive and effective instruction.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback to parents and guardians via email or scheduled reports.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional online environment that fosters student confidence and engagement.
- Assist students with homework, test preparation, and mastering difficult academic concepts in subjects such as Math, English, Science, or History.
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching methodologies and improve overall student outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or the subject matter being taught.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
