Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 virtual tutoring sessions via our secure platform
- Customize lesson plans to match individual student learning styles
- Monitor progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors on student goals
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.)
- Prepare students for standardized tests and college prep
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 2+ years tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Kansas State teaching certification preferred
