Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Assess student learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Track student progress using our proprietary learning management system
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Prepare customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Participate in ongoing training and collaborative educator communities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- State teaching certification preferred (not required for non-core subjects)
- Proven experience with virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
