Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards and individual learning needs
- Monitor student progress through our proprietary learning management system
- Provide detailed feedback to students and parents on academic performance
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, assessments)
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or subject-specific field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Nevada teaching license or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years of classroom or online tutoring experience
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math/Science/English/Social Studies)
