Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize interactive digital tools to enhance remote learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators
- Participate in ongoing training to refine tutoring methodologies
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or current enrollment)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus preferred)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core curriculum areas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Nevada residency (Las Vegas area preferred)
