Responsibilities
- Conduct Virtual Sessions: Deliver engaging, one-on-one online tutoring sessions via our secure learning platform.
- Personalized Learning: Assess student needs and create customized lesson plans to address specific academic goals.
- Track Progress: Monitor student performance through quizzes and assignments, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and session highlights.
- Resource Development: Utilize and contribute to a library of educational materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Adhere to Guidelines: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and educational standards during every session.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, the subject you wish to tutor, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus; however, we welcome high-achieving recent graduates.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during evening or weekend slots.
- Technical Skills: Must have a high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer with a functioning webcam and microphone.
