- Provide 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with California State Standards
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed progress reports

- Participate in ongoing professional development training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- CA teaching credential or equivalent tutoring certification
- Minimum 2 years experience with K-12 students
- Expertise in Math, Science, or Language Arts
- Strong technology proficiency with video conferencing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check clearance required
