Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective one-on-one online tutoring sessions for students in various subjects.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style.

- Maintain a professional and encouraging online presence during all sessions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though candidates with strong subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching styles to different age groups and learning abilities.
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during evenings or weekends.
