Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group virtual tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.

- Provide constructive, actionable feedback and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance in our Learning Management System.
- Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding course expectations and milestones.
- Utilize digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and interactive tools to create an immersive online learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject matter (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Availability for scheduled sessions during evenings and weekends.
