Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions across core subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize interactive digital tools to enhance remote learning experiences
- Collaborate with parents and educators to support student growth
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing training for curriculum updates and teaching methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse learners
- Subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple students
- Background check and education verification required
- Valid teaching certification preferred but not mandatory
