Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Louisville curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents
- Utilize digital resources (videos, simulations, practice tests) to enhance engagement
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators
- Participate in ongoing training to refine teaching methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 preferred)
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Valid Kentucky teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend sessions
