Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with Kentucky state standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, quizzes, simulations) effectively
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student achievements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area
- Kentucky teaching certification or equivalent tutoring experience
- 2+ years of virtual or in-person teaching/tutoring experience
- Proficiency in video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
