Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions using our proprietary video conferencing platform.
- Design and deliver dynamic lesson plans tailored to individual student learning styles and academic goals.
- Maintain accurate student progress reports and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment and quality assurance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for every student.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred; relevant teaching certifications are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in online teaching or tutoring is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology (Zoom, Canvas, Google Classroom) effectively.
