Responsibilities
- Conduct live online tutoring sessions via our interactive virtual classroom platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with California State Standards
- Provide detailed progress reports and feedback to parents and students
- Utilize digital tools to create engaging visual aids and practice materials
- Maintain accurate session logs and student achievement records
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student learning gaps
- Participate in ongoing professional development training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in Algebra, Calculus, Physics, or Chemistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- California teaching credential preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
