Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in Math and Science
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports

- Utilize our interactive digital platform for engaging sessions
- Stay updated on teaching methodologies and subject matter
- Participate in periodic training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Math, Science, or related field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math and Science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Patience, adaptability, and student-centered approach
- Valid Maryland teaching certificate preferred
- Background check clearance required
