Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in Algebra, Calculus, Physics, or Chemistry
- Develop personalized learning plans using our adaptive assessment platform
- Track student progress through our proprietary analytics dashboard
- Communicate progress updates to parents and academic advisors bi-weekly
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine teaching materials
- Maintain 95%+ student satisfaction rating through feedback surveys
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM field, or related subject (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of formal tutoring or classroom teaching experience
