Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons via our interactive platform
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, interactive exercises) for dynamic sessions
- Collaborate with tutors and curriculum specialists to refine teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Common Core or Nebraska State Standards
