Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state/national standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to address learning gaps
- Participate in monthly training sessions and curriculum updates
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
- Proactively identify students needing additional support interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Math, Science, English, or related field
- 1+ years of formal tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Valid Minnesota teaching license preferred (not required)
- Availability for weekday evening and weekend sessions
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
