Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/teachers
- Utilize multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences
- Prepare students for standardized tests (STAAR, SAT, ACT)
- Maintain accurate session records and academic documentation
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine teaching methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or Science field
- Texas Teaching Certification (or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring/classroom experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Patience and adaptability to diverse learning styles
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions
