Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Arizona State Standards and student needs
- Track student progress through our learning management system and provide detailed feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and goals
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and curriculum updates
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports for academic teams
- Collaborate with tutors and coordinators to enhance student engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching (K-12 focus preferred)
- Strong command of digital tutoring tools and virtual classroom platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Arizona teaching certification or equivalent credential (highly desirable)
- Background check and fingerprint clearance (required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
