Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons across core subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and schools
- Utilize our interactive platform (LMS, video tools, digital resources) effectively
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum development initiatives
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate progress to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (required)
- Tennessee teaching certification or equivalent (preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse learners
- Subject matter expertise in Math, Science, ELA, or Social Studies
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
