Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans and study materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and continuous constructive feedback sessions.
- Utilize various online learning platforms and educational software to enhance the virtual learning experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide progress updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or currently enrolled in a degree program).
- Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or mentor in K-12 or higher education.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
