Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback to parents
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, assessment software) to enhance learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate effectively with academic coordinators
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with educational methodologies and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Arizona teaching certification or equivalent (if applicable to subject)
- Expertise in K-12 curriculum (Math, Science, ELA, or Social Studies)
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt teaching styles
