Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions via our secure video conferencing platform to students in Mesa and beyond.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and builds confidence.
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and students to ensure continuous academic improvement.
- Utilize digital educational tools and resources to enhance the learning experience and keep students motivated.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and attendance in our learning management system.
- Communicate effectively with students and families regarding schedules, curriculum expectations, and student achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related subject is preferred.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable but not strictly required if you possess exceptional subject matter expertise.
