Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or group online tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or our proprietary learning platform.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and study guides tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and regular performance reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and communication logs.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student performance and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject matter (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students of all ages (K-12 or Higher Ed).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace free from distractions.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and educational software.
- Ability to be patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning paces.
